Hands on experience in designing , developing and implementing IDAM solution using one or more mainstream IDAM Tool Stack(IBM, Oracle, Sun, CA etc) · 4. Privilleged Identity Management experience using atleast one of the tools like CyberArk, Beyond trust, OPAM, Quest PAM etc (CyberArk or BeyondTrust preferred) · 5. Technical Leadership & Team Management Skills · 6. Onsite / Offshore team experience · 7. Good verbal & Written communication skills. · 8. Customer facing experience.
