Assists in defining software architectures – Collaborates with leads to explore existing systems, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successful implementation, and learns the applications capabilities. Translates designs and style guides provided by the UI/UX team into functional user interfaces, ensuring cross browser compatibility and performance. Contributes to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to user interface, software architecture or new technologies. *Required Skills* Spring Framework 3.x/4.x, Spring Data Strong debugging skills. Over 7+ years of prior experience working as a Java developer. Experience coding JavaScript, HTML, CSS ,UML designs. JProbe. Tomcat/tcServer, MongoDB, RabbitMQ Java/J2EE. HTML5 development. CSS3 (or last version) development. Browser compatibility awareness- Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer. Knowledge of JavaScript and various javascript libraries including but not limited to Backbone.js, NodeJS, Knockout, AngularJS, batman.js, Closure, ExtJS, JQuery Mobile, or Sencha Touch, HTML5/CSS3. Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance. Experience with REST and service-based architectures. Strong foundation of object oriented programming. Strong communication skills; attention to detail and discipline. Strong ability to write and communicate in the English language.
