Implements and documents all configuration changes. The Engineer will provide direct technical support for requirements gathering, design, planning, coordination, and implementation of releases, upgrades, or changes to our computing environment. Responsible for troubleshooting problems, and the rapid restoration of production service incidents. Builds partnerships with project teams and works closely with internal and external customers and vendors to provide proposals and supporting analysis for operational improvement and ongoing project requirements. Possesses an enterprise view of the business environment and the business applications running on the systems being managed, and leverages that knowledge to propose solution enhancements and achieve operational efficiencies. Provide day-to-day guidance and direction to Administrator and collaborate with core team, Project Management, Security, and other cross functional teams to provide the appropriate solution.
