*Role: Business Analyst* *Location: Wilmington, DE* *Description:* Business Analyst Business Analyst • 5 + years of related technical analysis, modeling and design experience. • Highly technical, previous development background is a plus. • Experienced in Agile methodologies, especially deliverables and processes around technical analysis. • Experienced or knowledgeable with semantic model. • Experience in application design patterns and architecture. • Experience in data modeling and data analysis. • Experience in translating business requirements into technical requirements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as highly developed interpersonal and influence skills. • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced team environment. • General knowledge of banking concepts and products. • Experience with payment networks, authorizations, credit / debit • Experience with ISO8583 message format • Experience working with OLTP applications • Experience with evolving payment ecosystems • Preferred prior experience with tokenization, digital wallet, and EMV standards • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
