support afterwards. The Go Live target is August 2016.*

The Senior PeopleSoft Analyst will support the *PeopleSoft HCM, ELM, &
Interaction Hub upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2*, testing and other technical
projects as assigned.

Scope of Duties:

·       Assist in the review, testing and implementation of PeopleSoft
upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to
coordinate application of upgrades or fixes.

·        Maintain PeopleSoft configuration tables.

·       Provide support for PeopleSoft and other HR systems (e.g. Learning,
Talent Acquisition) including, but not limited to, researching and
resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled
activities, recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.

·       Support Project Management (primarily in support of our Client
Relationship Leads): Apply change management experience to facilitate
movement to new levels of quality. Identify issues, problems and
opportunities.  Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or
develop appropriate solutions. Take action that is consistent with
available facts, constraints and potential consequences.

·       Build Functional requirement documents in support of new technology
demand

·       Utilize interpersonal skills when working with various customers
and peers to accomplish project goals.

·       Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative
solutions, policy changes and/or variations from established policies or
ways of working

·       Understand and use qualitative/quantitative measurement and data
collection design principles.

·       Assist in development or functional design of standard reports for
ongoing customer needs or new technology implementations. Work with
reporting Subject Matter Experts during required development

·       Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and
analyzing data.
