PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT WITHOUT THE VISA COPY.* *Job Description:* - Knowledge of both waterfall and *agile SDLC* methodologies - Create and maintain project plans with clear tasks, ownership and deadlines - A good understanding of the asset management. - Strong operational background with *Middle Office and back office.* - *Understanding of Investment banking and data Analysis.* - Understanding of Middle office like; *Trade support, Operational Readiness, Transaction Management, Record Keeping, Information Delivery, Reconciliation, Corporate Actions etc.* - Ensure dependencies are clearly understood - Help the team keep on top of stories in terms of progress against timelines and in terms of mapping to epics and RPMS items for tracking budget - Provide daily leadership and direction to assure quality and delivery of results - Specify and manage to key goals and objectives of each project - Understand, articulate, and help manage cross project dependencies - Establish and monitor project plan/milestones/release roadmaps - Manage risks identified to critical delivery dates maintain risk log - Communicate status and issues to project team.
