• Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer’s
current process and future state needs

• Create/manage project plan in partnership with the project manager

• Configure application to meet customer needs while providing
best-practice guidance on customer processes

• Manage the relationship with the customer and be SuccessFactors’ primary
“face” to the customer throughout the implementation process

• Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors’ product-suite
configuration options, integration points, and best practices

• Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes
and alignment with solution functionality

• Acting in a client facing role to determine business requirements

• Identifying how the HCM solution can be best utilized to meet client
requirements;

• Providing support to the interface work stream to understand business
scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications;

• Supporting testing, training and change management work streams.

• Responsibilities for candidates with relevant team leadership experience
may also include:

• Creating and managing the plan for a specific project work stream e.g.
design;

• Managing the end to end project lifecycle to deliver projects on time and
to budget;

• Working with senior client stakeholders to manage client expectations.



*• 3+ years’ technical/integration experience with SAP HR / SuccessFactors *

*• Defining landscape architecture for SAP HR and SuccessFactors
implementations *

• Strongly prefer candidates with experience in at least 4 of the following
areas: o Understanding/experience with SSO (single sign-on) solutions o
Implementing service-oriented architecture (SOA) o Enterprise application
integration (EAI) o Application Program Interface (API) o Integrating SAP
HR and SuccessFactors with internal/external systems o Understanding of
data transfer implications o Understanding of data stores o Experience with
ABAP, Basis, Security o Further experience with SAP NetWeaver Process
Integration (PI), Portal, HANA Cloud Integration (HCI), & HCP (HANA Cloud
Platform) o Boomi

• Experience/exposure to J2EE, Java Servlets, JMS, EJB, Web Services and
building integration process using any integration tool

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

 Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

• Demonstrated Leadership Skills

• Executive Presence



• A minimum of 2 years SuccessFactors experience

• A minimum of 2 SuccessFactors projects acting in the module lead role

• 2 SF Professional Certifications (preferred)

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent (masters preferred)

• No less than 6 years business computer application implementation
experience

• Demonstrated understanding of HR Organizational Domain to include the
departmental processes/policies/procedures behind the modules they
implement

• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills

• A dedicated customer service attitude

• Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal
supervision

• Ability to multi-task and be a team player who works collaboratively and
effectively with others

• Technical understanding of software operating systems and ability to work
comfortably with HRIS

• Knowledge of XML or HTML

• Exceptional consultative skills with customers, using best practices and
past experience
