Title: Cassandra Admin/Support Analyst Location: Cincinnati OH Duration : 1 year Position Summary: The primary focus of this position is operational support for Middleware Services DataStax Cassandra team. This role is responsible for the design, development, installation and performance of our Datastax/Cassandra environments. Experience with DataStax utilizing Cassandra and Apache Solr, Spring framework, Git/Stash, Gradle, IntelliJ required. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for architecting, installing and supporting highly performant and scalable DataStax Cassandra rings (databases) for eCommerce, Internet facing applications. Strong analytical and troubleshoot skillset required. Ability to work within a cross functional team environment required. Ability to self-prioritize workload and manage deadlines effectively required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required. Exposure to Agile development processes a strong plus, but not required.
