*Job Title: Sr. SAP HR Quality Analyst*
*Work Location: San Antonio, TX*
*Duration: 6 Months*

*Job Description:*
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance role including:
process definition, release management monitoring, QA application testing,
and defect tracking required.
• Previous experience working with manual and automated function/regression
test design and execution with emphasis in policy administration
systems/applications a plus.
• Experience with design and development of test cases based upon system
specifications documentation desired.
• Proven analytical/technical aptitude with excellent problem solving
skills required

• Full understanding of business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Ability to identify, research, and resolve basic to complex issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to
present clearly and effectively
• Proficient using technologies such as SharePoint, Worksoft, Solution
Manager, and HP Quality Center
• Ability to work independently and/or within a team as work requires
• Excellent  team building skills to assist in improving team skills,
awareness, and quality of work and provide management with areas of
training and improvement
• Ability to coach, mentor, and provide knowledge transfer to less
experienced staff
• Seen as an expert within the Industry as a leading figure within their
field of expertise

• SAP HR Time Management Process Experience
• Completed understanding of Payroll Process both from a technical and a
business process side
• Experience in Payroll
• Integration experience with 3rd party application and SAP
• 3rd party Time Entry experience (ex: Chronos, WorkForce)
• The project is moving the SAP Time Management and Payroll process into a
3rdparty application and will no longer be available on premises in our SAP
HR system.  This person will be testing integration between the HR module
and the third party application (WorkForce).  They will be required to
write a test plan, create test scripts, understand the business process in
order to build test artifacts, and test the integration between the two
systems.
