This SaaS application uses extract programs to pull data from SAP, Oracle, and other systems into the vendor data warehouse. From there, the data is converted and calculated into specific metrics and analysis options defined by the client. The project is in it's third rollout phase which includes SAP HR E-Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Learning (LSO). An LSO technical SME is needed to help assist with the data sourcing logic, extraction program development, data validation, and report/metric design. Responsibilities: - Data Sourcing Logic: provide in-depth analysis and logic on how best to pull LSO data from the system's tables and fields that will fulfill the reporting/analytics requirements - Extract Development: familiar with ABAP enough to help compile extract programs to pull LSO data from the correct tables/fields - Data Validation: troubleshoot and resolve data audit issues that arise from the vendor validation files - Report/Metric Design: assist in report and metric design by providing input of best practices Thanks and Regards Aravind.
