Experience in running DCO sessions and gathering requirements from customers
Experience in working with multiple stakeholders for requirement gathering
•Good knowledge on CLAIMS processes for Corporate Lines of Business in
Insurance Domain
Experience in defining process stages and steps
Experience in defining requirements and atomic use cases in PEGA based
on business requirements
Experience in defining PEGA process flows and documentation of the
requirements
Knowledge on PEGA Insurance Frameworks
•Knowledge of previous versions of PEGA
Experience in defining reporting and non-functional requirements
Good communication and Cross-cultural and cross functional collaboration
• Inquiry skills, constructive feedback & conflict resolution
Good presentation skills in representing the requirements and status
reporting
•Leadership and decision making
