Define requirements and deploy solutions. Act as subject matter expert for application design, optimizing features, availability, scalability, user experience, visualization and data integrity. *Key Responsibilities: * · Develop CRM solutions that are designed to deliver on requirements · Drives key meetings and workshops to achieve the outcomes within the deadline · Acts a subject matter expert on solution features, functions, best practices · Education/Experience Required: · BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience combined with a minimum of 7 years relevant working experience in CRM applications, systems development, software support · Microsoft CRM Certification · Experienced in Dynamics CRM 2011 and/or 2013, 2015 preferred · Microsoft CRM STRONG technical knowledge (CRM, Data Model, ISVs), is able to represent the product solution from a technical perspective · Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics functional consulting and has a successful history in designing and delivering CRM projects · Job role experience as a consultant in a consulting practice · ADX Studio · Scribe · Assistance PSA · Experienced in leveraging Microsoft CRM SureStep · The ideal candidate will have an advanced level of knowledge in three or more of the following areas: .NET Frameworks, C#, ASP.NET, SQL, XML Technologies and Web Services.
