*Position: * *Business Analyst with BPM Methodology Exp. * *Location : Roseland, NJ Duration : 6-12 Months * *Interview Mode: Phone then Face to Face GC , USC Only* Job Responsibilities · Work with end users and other stakeholders to identify business requirements. Using the gathered information, the Analyst will document the new features and User Stories (including acceptance criteria) for detailed planning · Assist in identifying short term improvements that align with business/program goals and recommend longer term solutions · Present alternatives to users and impacted areas to facilitate design decisions and gain consensus · During planning, facilitate story estimation sessions with the developers and prioritize stories with key stakeholders. Break-down stories, identify non-functional requirements and prepare additional tasks to ensure that non-functional requirements are met. Work the project managers and end users in determining a release schedule. · Liaise with other project teams to identify and capture constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and risks · Throughout the execution of project, meet with development team members to answer questions, clarify requirements, and review/verify the implemented solution. Work closely with Testers and Developers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the specified system behaviors (acceptance criteria). At the end of the development, verify the functionality and scope of testing based on requirements. · Conduct formal reviews or demo/showcase the new functionality to key stakeholders and obtain sign-off; gather new requirements identified during these sessions. · Report, track, and communicate project status and issues/blockers · Create test plans and participate in testing of software application · Assist others in facilitating or lead end user training and system documentation for new implementations.
