Position:
*QA Test Lead (Health care domain) *Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 6 months CTH
*Visa: USC/GC *
Experience (*5+ years of experience as Test Lead*)
*Working experiences on below activities are required : *
· Health care domain.
· Understanding the testing impact after analyzing the project
requirement.
· Good familiarization in all phases of Software Test Life Cycle.
· Creating test plan, traceability matrix, all test management
documents.
· Testing estimation, sourcing and scheduling.
· Understanding of test data management.
· Identification of project stakeholders and managing them in all
phases of the project.
· Conducting reviews with appropriate stakeholders.
· Risk management and issue resolution.
· Evaluating and identifying the required test automation and test
management tools.
· Collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
· Identification of metrics to be adopted for the project.
· Tracking and controlling the project with respect to the Master
Test Plan and the project schedule (Check the status of each assigned task
daily and resolve any issues faced by the team members with their tasks).
· Track the assigned tasks with respect to the Master test plan and
the project schedule.
· Working with Project managers and other stakeholders for any
changes on the project and to re-baseline the plan.
· Reporting the status and performance report to all project
stakeholders.
· Formal closure of the project.
· Creating test summary.
Knowledge on below areas are preferred :
· BCBSA plans and Healthcare retail landscape.
· Healthcare Domain & Medical Claims processing
· Different Health insurance products, policy and benefits
· EDI transactions (834,837,270/271 etc)
· Group and Member enrollment , Claims processing, Claim
disbursement, customer connect. Experience in Automation tool QTP
· SQL skills
· Test management tool ALM/HP-QC
