Supports various aspects of People Systems/Talent Management such as
workforce planning, staffing, integration, career/learning development,
organizational development, culture, and engagement / organizational
health. Partners with the Talent Pipeline team to implement and improve
talent plans, processes and programs, such as strategic hiring plans,
college recruiting programs, on boarding/integration processes, and career
development strategies. Partners with OD/Leadership Development team to
assess organizational health and performance data, generate insight, and
develop action plans/interventions to address needs. Goal is to improve
organizational effectiveness and employee engagement in focus areas such as
leadership, trust, career development, customer orientation, and working as
one team. Ensures employee value proposition and alignment with strategic
priorities and core values. Facilitates sharing of best practices and
lessons learned between OD/People Systems, Business Reps and HR Partners,
defining aligned and coordinated execution plans. Tracks and reports
outcomes and metrics to drive accountability and effectiveness. Assists
with change management associated with Organizational Development processes
and initiatives assuring successful, ongoing implementation and value.



*Experience Requirements: *

·         Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in HR, Organizational
Development, Organizational Communications, Organizational Psychology or
related degree

·         5 years’ experience as an Organization Development specialist, HR
Business Partner, People Systems or similar role

·         Hands-on experience developing and implementing action plans and
interventions with demonstrated results

·         Experience influencing senior leaders to get buy-in on strategies

·         Experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups to
achieve alignment on plans

·         Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
