Job Description

·         Several new features of upgraded *PeopleSoft version 9.2* will
heavily impact business process and culture, including but not limited to a
full suite of self-service capabilities for users and managers.

·         To achieve optimal business integration with the new features and
processes, the three core areas must be effectively addressed: people,
process, and technology.

·         As a result, CHANGE MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP experience will be
critical in order to effectively lead and integrate process changes into
corporate culture.

·         The Change Lead Manager will provide change management functional
analysis, recommendations, and implementation documentation for a
PeopleSoft upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2.

·         Their primary responsibility will be creating and implementing
change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and
usage and minimize resistance.

·         The Change Lead Manager will partner with the IS Project Manager
to ensure all functional areas are identified and incorporated for proper
requirement gathering, testing, training, business readiness and deployment
for changes / upgrade of our HR system landscape.

·         Familiarity with global audit requirements is desired.



Job Responsibilities

·         Determine the impact of the changes and assure necessary business
units are involved. i.e. HR Operations, Audit, COE, etc...

·         Determine Policy and Procedures changes as a result of process
changes

·         Develop strategies and plans to prepare and enable the
organization to readily accept changes in systems along with new business
processes and work duties.

·         Develop workforce transition, training and communication
strategies in collaboration with the IS Communications Lead.


Change Management

·         Assess the unique enablers, barriers and nature of resistance to
change.

·         Identify any barriers/potential resisters to changes and best
approach to address buy in.

·         Obtain visible and supportive executive sponsorship for the
proposed changes and adoption goals.

·         Engaging with administrators accountable for PeopleSoft HCM and
ELM to understand changes and help drive new adoptions.


Implementation

·         Determine best approach engaging with countries for Shared
Services transition.

·         Determine best communication / business education approach.
Potential need for Roadshows, Portal Communications, Poster Boards, etc.

·         Strategy for training globally and in local languages.  Identify
best delivery methods.


Risk Management

·         Partnership with IS to review risk of all interfaces with the
implementation of Self-Service.

·         Analyze requirements for further technology enablement for
employees without access to equipment (computers, work phones, etc.).

·         Working with internal audit to assure the ability to pass Audit,
by ensuring policies and procedures are clearly defined and communicated.
Familiarity with global audit requirements is desired.
