The ideal candidate could function as both an Admin. and Developer.
However, if this person cannot be found, we would use 2 candidates.



•          Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator,
Force.com Developer, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant

•          Implementation experience with both Service and Sales for
Salesforce.com

•          Over 10 years of Salesforce.com experience as Business Analyst
and Administrator and Force.com development

•          Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com setup and configuration

•          Strong Knowledge of CRM and how it relates to the whole
organization

•          Knowledge of Data Management and its effect the organization

•          Understanding of both Visualforce and Apex

o          Creation of Reports, Report types and Dashboards as needed for
Sales Support

o          Validation rules, formulas, creation of triggers and testing
classes for moving into production.

•          Experience as an IT professional

o          Ability to present, communicate, and influence all levels of the
organization, including C-Level executives

o          Define policies and procedures, created training materials,
conducted new and ongoing training for employees

•          Excellent problem solving techniques, flexible, able to think
“outside the box”

•          Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under
pressure

•          Able to analyze complex situations design and implement
practical solutions

•          Proven project management skills, familiarity with Agile project
management

•          Original implementation not set up properly or according to
client requirements

•          Functionality requirements have changed

•          Need to conduct re-assessment and systems audit

•          Fundamental set up issues with the initial deployment

•          Focus on Service side initially then Sales side.
