Job Title : WebSphere Developer Location : St Paul MN (DHS) Duration: 12 months *(Rate : 80/hr on C2C for 8-10 years experience)* Skills: WebSphere Developer with WCAG (must), Java, Spring, AXIS2, SOAP, Maven, Acive VOS, Drools, IID, BIRT, WTX, OWASP/SANS, NIST and health insurance experience Job Description : Mandatory Qualifications - B.S. or B.A. degree (4 year) OR Associate’s degree (2 year) with 5 years’ experience in Programming/Development. - 18 months’ experience in Programming/Development role(s). - 2 years’ experience incorporating WCAG 2.0 into projects.
