The client is upgrading Financials and HRMS from EBS 11.5.10 to R12. They
need 2 Onsite Tech Lead roles - one for Financials and one for HRMS - to do
the following:
1. Determine approach for CEMLI fit-gap and retrofit from EBS 11.5.10 to R12
2. Provide guidance to client developers on modifying CEMLIs to retrofit to
R12
3. Hands-on for Analysis and Modification of CEMLIs
4. Technical design and development
The person should have the following skills:
1. Very strong technical experience, including tech leadership role
2. Sound knowledge of differences (technical and functional) between 11.5.10
and R12
3. Good experience on conversions, reports, interfaces and concurrent
programs
4. Should have good experience in R12 upgrade
5. For the HRMS role, should have very sound experience on ADP interface and
irec core - MUST
6. Must have worked on an upgrade Project - 11i to R12 - MUST

Environment: 11.5.10.2, 10g RAC, ASM (6 nodes and 7 TB in Size), 16 node
application
Role: Oracle Application and Database performance tuning - MUST
Responsible for: Performance tuning of oracle Application and database.
. Architecture review to fix the SLA breaches identified during the
performance load test
. Monitoring Production and identifying sql's and modules consuming
high resources.
. Supporting Performance tests on the development, fixing the issues
and migrating the same to production.
. Serving as Second level of escalation for issues unresolved on
Production by the production support team.
. Performance Analysis and Tuning on Production on daily basis
. Table partitioning and also designing the concurrent manager load
distribution.
. Tuning JVM's and other middle tier components for optimal
performance.
. Testing the loadbalancer and also designing the scenarios with
ipbased and arrowhead cookie based load balancing.
. Designing the roadmap for monthly maintenance related to
partitions, reorg and table statistics.
. Tuning reports and programs that are identified as longrunning on
production.
. Frequent use of tkprof, trca, sqlt and reports like AWR, ASH for
performance analysis.
. Analyzing the patches and fixes from the support before applying
on any major instances.
. Application cloning and database refresh
. RAC node addition and deletion for testing scalability
. SOA data source Tuning.
. Was mainly involved in tuning the finance programs related to OM,
AR and GL.
