Overview: · Working with Project Managers, Business Users, and System Administrators to produce Deliverables; · Create requirements specification document produced jointly with the OCFRD; · Implement complaints capture, task management, and surveys. As part of this deliverable; · Implement OPA to integrate with the Service Cloud to provide a link to the RightNow CX instance; · Leverage Survey Functionality, so that survey outcomes will be mapped back to RightNow CX as part of the data mapper built into the OPA Development platform (OPM); · Provide any Guidance & Assistance across the RightNow CX and Oracle Policy Automation products to enable OCFRD administrators; · Implementation/configuration services for advanced features, e.g. around Task Management, importing data, or utilizing Oracle Policy Automation; · Provide assistance to the OCFRD in identifying and implementing the most suitable survey functionality leveraging the RightNow CX and Oracle Policy Automation feature sets; · Equip stakeholders and decision makers in the OCFRD with good understanding of their Oracle Policy Automation technology asset.
