*Position: Voice Network Architect (L3)* *Location: Frisco, TX or Houston, TX or New Orleans, LA or Little Rock, NY* *Duration: 6+Months* *Customer: HCL America/ Entergy Corporation* *GC or USC only* Responsible for architectural design and improvement for all voice communication networks for multiple site locations. Conduct research and evaluation of voice network technology and recommend purchases of new or additional networking equipment. *Essential Job Functions* · Design, plan & implement voice networking technologies. · Design, plan & configure security technologies. · Design, plan & configure complex switching environments. · Design, plan & configure complex routing environments; both EGP & IGP. · Design, plan & configure complex wireless networking · Design, plan & configure complex MPLS & IP based VPN or tunnel environments · Design, plan & implement Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), CUCM, ICM, Cisco Unity and Unity Connection, Network Routing/Switching · Plan & maintain the enterprise environment including IP address & VLAN schemes *Qualifications* · B.S. or 10+ years equivalent work experience · Teamwork & collaboration skills to work across organizations · Problem solving skills to develop quick yet sound solutions to resolve complex issues · Demonstrate self-direction, self-motivation, self-initiative, and ability to conclude assignments timely · Good written and oral communication skills. · Certification(s): Multiple CCNP or CCIE (or equivalent) · Hardware: Cisco, Juniper, Check Point · Software: WebEx, Jabber, Cisco Call Manager Thanks & Regards!
