I am looking forward to hear from you soon ! *Job Details** :* *Job Title* *BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST (SAP – SD/WMS/LE/ECC)* *Project Location* *Minneapolis, MN 55432* *Duration* *6+ months /Contract* *Job Description** :* 3 must haves: *SAP Sales and Distribution* experience Experience interfacing *SAP to a 3rd party WMS.* Ability to understand how SAP interacts with warehouse processes. *JOB SUMMARY:* This position is responsible for successful implementation of SAP configuration, enhancements and interface design processes, specifically supporting SAP integration with a 3rd party Warehouse Management system. Candidates should be proficient in SAP Logistics Execution. Candidates should have experience in eliciting requirements, working directly with partners from the operations, and should be able to translate those requirements into a business solution. Individuals will also be required to: Work directly with external system BAs to map interfaces to facilitate warehouse operations in XML format. Align processes across business units/geographies, and drive to consistent processes leveraging a standard set of interfaces. Map To-Be flows representing physical flow along with systems integration. . Communicate with numerous functional areas and define business requirements and lead process development and improvement activities. Position will be based in Minneapolis, MN. *MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: * • Plan, develop, and implement company standard interfaces across various unique *warehousing operations* in the distribution network. • Develop a strong enough understanding of these interfaces to work with external systems on technical mapping and operational processes. • Work independently with end-users and business partners to assess the business customer requirements, match these requirements to objectives and guide them to the applicable processes and products including developing specifications and enhancements that will achieve the customers and business goals. • Manage the expectations of the customer (i.e. balance their needs with wants and educate as appropriate). • Develop solutions to complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives. • Market and communicate program vision to project teams, key business stakeholders, and • Ensure proper validation documentation is created for all projects • Provide detailed functional knowledge and maintain insight to current industry best practices and how they can be applied to Client. • Serve as a subject matter expert to other IT groups. • Ensure that Client's systems and the information on them are protected in accordance with Client's Information Protection Policies and Standards, as well as best Information Protection practices. *REQUIREMENTS * *KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION * • SAP technical expertise including *configuration in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE)* • Experience *developing and implementing interfaces* in these areas • Understanding of *XML language for integration mapping* • Experience *integrating SAP with a 3rd party WMS*. *JOB EXPERIENCE * • 5+ years of experience as *SAP Business Analyst* • Experience in the *development and support of integrated business applications and systems architecture*. • Experience in business process definition, requirements definition and technology solution research. • Experience in facilitating small to large groups through challenging discussions. • Knowledge and experience in the *medical device industry.* • Distribution or transportation experience in a SAP-driven organization. • Experience in *automated warehousing* also a plus. • *SAP ECC implementation and integration* experience with *Warehouse Management* or *Transportation Management* a plus. *SKILLS/COMPETENCIES * • Goal oriented, task driven decision-making with a strong sense of accountability.
