*Position No: I* *Job Title: Technical Business Analyst with **strong **Asset Management experience* *Location : Philadelphia, PA* *Duration : 6 months + * *Must be local face to face interview.* We have an opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst with strong Financial Industry experience to join the team in Philadelphia. This strategic position provides the opportunity to work with Subject Matter Experts in technology and the business units to conduct analysis on systems and processes, and build an understanding of application and infrastructure environments in their current state as well as planned future state. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*: · Leading and participating in working sessions, and documenting meeting minutes. · Defining and drafting application documentation to support solution delivery. Deliverables will focus on business requirements, solution design, and testing. · Identifying and raising risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, etc. to support solution delivery. · Helping to define mitigations, resolutions, implementation, and other actions to remove obstacles to quality and supportable solution delivery. · Identifying and documenting technical, business, testing and training requirements to insure quality and on time solution delivery. Serve as the key resource to drive these activities to completion. · Testing and validating affected functionality · Facilitating business acceptance of completed transition solution *Experience and Skills:* · *Financial Industry experience focusing on Asset Management* · Ability to write SQL to Query and Extract data · Capability to do detailed technical analysis · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Excellent problem solving abilities · Has good time management skills - Enjoys working under pressure while providing timely and accurate analysis of systems · Is a motivated individual – always striving to improve their skill set (with minimal supervision) · Proven ability to influence and direct people and projects as necessary. · Use of best practice business and technical analysis principles – o Process Analysis and Definition using structured approach such as Use Cases, Diagrams (swim lane, data flow, activity, etc.), Business Rules o Interviewing Business Users and Technical Subject Matter Experts: Extract the process workflow, business benefit, risks/issues, and technical interdependencies from system users and/or IT experts. o Documenting Processes and Functionality: Ability to write clearly and concisely while expressing an objective view. o Issue/Risk Identification & Clarification: Ability to define an issue and its impact as well as identify effective resolution approaches. o Sponsorship / Stakeholder Identification: Ability to seek out the key users for an application. o Prioritization – Ability to prioritize pieces of work based on business benefit, risk, and other priorities. *Position No:II* *Position - Consultant -Claims configuration and development* *Location – Boston, MA and Cedar Rapids, IA* *Duration – long term* *Requirement: * · The candidate should have good experience with Claims configuration, development and Billing · Good knowledge of Commercial Lines and Specialty Lines business · 9-12 years of experience DCT knowledge will be preferred but not mandatory *Regards* *Mahesh.
