*Overview*

The Business Analyst will be part of a high performance team of
professionals responsible for delivering applications to our internal and
external customers. The candidate should have strong communication skills
and be able to effectively balance multiple priorities. General duties
include working with our internal clients to determine technology
requirements that support organizational business goals, document those
requirements, and work with developers, project managers, and quality
analysts to deliver the solution. Qualified candidates will enjoy working
in a fast paced team environment that is passionate about their work and
results their work contributes to the organization.

*Responsibilities*

* Working knowledge of business process analysis, concepts, practices, and
procedures of web based applications.
* Identify, analyze, and document complex and competing business
requirements across business functions.
* Drive prioritization of project requirements.
* Develop requirements plans and schedules.
* Act as the liaison between the business and technical teams to articulate
business needs and system capabilities.
* Publish, distribute, and ensure sign-off of the business requirement
documents.
* Communicate with business partners using data and process models to
clarify and validate requirements.
* Write project documents (e.g., business cases, requirements, test cases,
and cost benefits).
* Develop business data requirements in the form of business and data
models (i.e. leveraging Visio to document workflows).
* Assist with developing and implementing change plans.
* Participate in the creation of training plans to implement new skills.
* Manage changes to baseline requirements.
* Drive workflow analysis and other business process analysis to identify
and clarify requirements.
* Conduct business process management analysis to meet business needs.
* Conduct current and future gap analysis.
* Identify, manage and recommend business process management improvements.
* Coordinate implementation of changes to existing workflows or
applications.
* Document workflows and participates in walkthroughs.
