*NJ-New Jersey/Liberty CornerDuration : 6+ monthsM.O.I : Telephonic and Face to Face* *Job Description:*** •Seeking a developer to perform IBM Cognos TM1 design and development for our financial analysts and actuaries. •The successful candidate will have prior experience managing the competing demands of multiple simultaneous projects. •They must also be able to work as part of a team, as well as work under limited supervision as needed, be able to manage complex situations, be able to think and act independently and take the lead on projects. *Primary Responsibilities *• Design and develop TM1 models • Assist users with their development • Mentor users to improve their use of the technology • Work with business analysts and end users to understand business rules and interpret data *Job Qualifications*•4-5 years solid experience with IBM Cognos TM1 with intermediate to advanced knowledge •Substantial experience in designing and maintaining large/complex cubes and dimensions in alignment with industry best practices including: *• *Strong knowledge of TM1 Rules and TM1 processes • Turbo integrators - identifying its uses and sources for input • Use of a Rule- its advantages and determining target areas • Drills - creating them through process and rule • Lookup Cubes • Structure dimensions • Techniques in the presentation of data in a TM1 application • Knowledge of relational database design and development required; preferably DB2 and/or SQL Server • Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting functions and business processes • Knowledge of reinsurance or commercial insurance business • Property/casualty actuarial and/or reserving experience a plus • Experience with Cognos Planning a plus • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Regards, Upendra Nath (Deputy Resource Manager) Ramy Infotech Inc Phone : 408-317-9256 Ext-311 Please Note: Due to high volume of calls, I may miss your call, email is the better way to reach me. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
