*Job Description:*
*MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory
skills will not be considered. *
*• 8+ years of experience implementing solutions with IBM Message Broker
and Message Queue.*
*• Experience transforming different types of messages including XML, HL7,
etc. in a public health and/or healthcare environment.*
*• Proficient in in XML handling and development of XSLT for data
transformation and data enrichment.*
• Experience integrating data between disparate systems and across
different organizations including government and healthcare entities.
• Experience in training junior message broker developers.
*DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:*
• Experience documenting and proposing a standard architecture to be used
across the entire agency.
• Experience migrating and testing message flows from an older version of
message broker to a newer version (v8 to v10 preferable).
• Experience installing and administering the Message Broker server and
environment.
• Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects with complex
transformations.
• Ability to manage complex multi-dimension time bound projects for
internal and external customers
• Aptitude for learning and can maximize resources, while possessing a
sense of urgency.
• Innovative, creative problem solver and result oriented.
