Revise the requested architecture sent by the market designed by agency (in Windows as well as in LAMP technology) 2. Translate the market requirements in the supplier understandable language/format based on the standard offering from the suppliers 3. Raise the request for price with the supplier(s) 4. Validate and evaluate the quote from the supplier whether it meets the technical requirements and is cost effective (negotiate if required) 5. Present the offer to the market and follow approval process (work order signature) if approved 6. Coordinate with the supplier the build of the solution starting with technical manifest call supporting the market/agency and ending with the transition to sustain call from the supplier to Nestlé 7. Coordinate with the DSU operational team configuration and transition to sustain to the operational team 8. Deliver the solution to the business including full documentation, RACI matrix and support model.
