*Customer Support Analyst*

*Location: SAN ANTONIO, TX*

*Duration :  6 months*

The role of the *Customer Support Analyst* would involve supporting the
various internal business group by preparing reports, conducting analysis of
feedbacks from customer and creating actionable insights. The analyst will
be a part of the feedback analytics team and will need to play the following
roles

*skill-sets: *

·         8+ years of  experience

·         *Experience in SAS *

·         Design and prepare standard reports for internal customers

·         Provide requirements to IT for automation of these reports

·         Work closely with other analytics teams to prepare integrated
insights

·         Skilled in statistical modeling analytics techniques and how to
apply them for solving real business problems

·         Examples of techniques include correlation analysis, association
analysis, clustering, regression analysis, cause effect analysis, pattern
analysis, hypothesis testing, etc.
