•Experience with JIRA
•Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent education and work experience)
•Develop requirements for multiple, large features with multiple
phases/releases (due to complexity/size) and for features requiring
architectural changes or has architectural impact
•Conduct onsite discovery sessions with clients or subject matter experts
•Perform independent research on features or enhancements where detailed
market or client input is unavailable
•Establish policies and procedures, introduce new methods and tools to
aid in the development of business requirements
•Proven success in the Business Analyst role on commercial software
projects on an enterprise scale
•Ability to work on multiple, large-scale projects simultaneously
•Experience scoping and leading the development of feature development
efforts spanning multiple phases
•Experience managing risk to successful delivery of individual and team
business requirements SCRUM, Agile certification and/or working experience
•Benefitfocus product certification required within 6 months of onboarding.
•GBA certification preferred
•Must live in Charleston SC area or be willing to relocate
