We have 6 NEW Business Systems Analyst. 3 Mid-Sr. Level 6-8yrs  / 3 Sr.
8+yrs exp. Details are below. USAC would like to do back – to back
interviews on Thursday / Friday of next week.  F2F interviews are a MUST.
(No Skype)  H1’s OK, BUT must have really strong comm skills. (FULL JD’s
attached, BUT bullet points below sums up what the contractors will be
responsible for)



·         Looking for a Business System Analyst that works closely with
Product Owners gathering and documenting requirements in an Agile
environment.

·         Any experience with testing that is a plus but they would not be
doing any QA testing on this project.



Responsibilities:

Working in a creative and fast-paced environment, the System Analyst III
will develop, manage, and execute all phases of quality assurance testing,
including analysis of product requirements to produce test requirements,
and development and execution of functional/system test plans in a
multi-tiered environment.

Among others, your responsibilities will include the following:

Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of business processes
supported by software systems/products;

Documenting business requirements; developing training programs, documents,
and materials;

Analyzing and documenting “as-is” and “to-be” scenarios (processes, models,
use cases, plans and solutions);

Leading requirements reviews, design reviews, and change control activities;

Creating test plans, test requirements, test scenarios, and test data for
use during the testing phases of the software development lifecycle, for
new and existing software systems/products;

Ensuring that test plans and scenarios fully exercise every aspect of the
product;

Producing and presenting formal test plans; leading the testing effort for
assigned projects;

Documenting and reporting issues discovered during testing, and following
up for resolution;

Defining and implementing standards, methods and procedures for
requirements and testing activities;

Working as part of Scrum Development Team, conducting and effectively
participating in sprint planning, task estimates, task sequencing, task
assignments, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

Other duties, as assigned.



Requirements:

You have demonstrated 7 to 9 years of experience with increasingly complex
system analysis projects, and various requirements gathering techniques and
methodologies (UML/ Use cases, Activity diagrams, JAD sessions)

You have 5 to 7 years of experience with hands-on QA testing experience in
client server and/or web-based environments, as well as with developing
manual and automated test scripts

You have 5 to 7 years of experience with 3rd party testing and change
management tools


You have 2 to 3 years of experience with developing user stories based on
business and system requirements, and  defining and elaborating user
stories with validation and acceptance criteria

You have 2 to 3 years of experience with Scrum and/or other Agile
Development frameworks

You possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related
field or have equivalent related experience



The following skills are desired:

Experience with automated requirements engineering and testing tools

RDBMS experience (MS SQL Server and/or Oracle) and ability to write SQL
queries.

Experience with Project Management Software

Experience with Software Development

·         As a  Systems Analyst IV, the person should be capable of
providing technical guidance and leading  a small BSA team.

·         Works closely with Product Owners gathering and documenting
requirements in an Agile environment.

·         Any experience with testing that is a  plus but they would not be
doing any QA testing on this project.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to a small team.
