*Job Description::*
• Work with Cargill’s Application Strategy and Governance team to define
and determine the appropriate approach to ensure data quality in Cargill’s
application source of truth systems and execute on that approach.
• Create and deploy common process and training for Cargill application
source of truth systems.
• Promote data quality practices throughout Global IT and synthesize new
quality methods with measureable process improvements to quality.
• Administer and implement application data quality reports. Identify and
create new reports using Business Objects/Tableau.
• Coordinate implementation and communication of data reporting
enhancements, new releases and fixes.
• Support data cleansing, data validation, and data construction in
Business Objects and Tableau.
• Run data quality reports and follow-up on data quality issues with
application stakeholders.
*Required Qualifications*
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years industry experience
• 2+ years quality management experience.
• 2+ years Business Objects Experience
• 2+ years Tableau Experience
• Experience in metrics development, reporting and analysis.
• Able to effectively use project management and office productivity
software
• Stakeholder management experience
• Change communication and education experience
• Ability to travel internationally
*Preferred Qualifications*
• Masters Degree (MBA).
• Ability to analyze complex situations and implement solutions.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt) with American Society
of Quality.
• ITIL knowledge and experience.
• Work experience in multiple countries.
• Non-English language skills
