Need local candidates only Please send me profile at *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Position:Deskside Support* *Location:Oakbrook,IL* *Type:Contract to hire* *Job Description:* •Must have strong desk side support experience •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Must be having good customer relationship skills •Must be having experience in supporting C-Level executives •Strong troubleshooting skills (both hardware and software) •Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and DHCP •Experience in troubleshooting Outlook issues •PC imaging and deployment knowledge •Should be willing to work on any of the below three work timings (Monday – Friday). These shifts will be on rotation 6 AM – 3 PM 8 AM – 5 PM 9 AM – 6 PM •Should be willing to be an oncall person to handle escalated issues from Level.
