Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of when and how to separate style and functionality from pure data. Knowledge of cross browser compatibility issues and test is a must. Attention to detail is key, the ideal candidate will be able to make pixel perfect HTML/CSS representations of sites from Photoshop mockups. Ability to write unobtrusive and clean JavaScript for UI functionality is a highly important. Basic understanding of Ruby on Rails is a plus.
