*Position: Demantra Specialist* *Location: Parsippany, NJ* *Duration: 6 Months+* *JD:* We need Oracle Demantra functional consultant with focus on DP, PTP and DSM. 6 Months projects with possible extension in NJ. Project will be to review existing processing and implementation on Demantra PTP and DSM modules and create solution around ease of use and meet some critical business requirements. Analyst is responsible for understanding business needs and complexities, eliciting and documenting requirements, and coordinating communication among various business groups. The role serves as a key liaison between the business users and IT team supporting the Demantra applications. This position also plays a critical role in supporting process development and best practice sharing around the planning group. *Competencies/Critical Skills* · At-least 8+ years of experience as functional consultant in relevant industry domain · Proven experience in the design of business applications, capturing and translating complex business needs into clearly understood requirements and designs. · Deep working knowledge about setting up Demantra worksheets, workflows and plans for *Demand planning, Predictive Trade Planning* and *Deduction Settlement Module* · Excellent knowledge and implementation experience of *CPG* · Experience in food manufacturing domain is highly recommended · Highly effective communication skills (written and verbal) · Strong system and data analysis skills. · Strong organization skills and ability to lead multiple simultaneous work streams. · Experience leading and/or managing small IT initiatives. Following are key responsibilities. · Develop a deep understanding of business processes. Document via process diagrams. · Gather application requirements from business; assess priority and feasibility of requests, distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. · Assess and implement multiple kinds of technology to solve business challenges. (e.g., in-house custom solutions, software purchases or SaaS) · Facilitate testing of new and changed applications by creating test cases and supervising user acceptance testing. · Following SDLC, document the requirements, design, test cases and test results. · Communicate clearly with IT management and business. · Anticipate and raise application or processes issues that can impact the quality of the information provided by IT. Work with the business and IT on their resolution. · Foster a solid working relationship with business partners and IT colleagues to collaborate on prioritization of business needs and established action plans for completing approved initiatives. · Provide post-implementation and on-going client relationship support Must be able to work closely and independently with application teams and business clients throughout the company to ensure proper IT solutions are in place.
