Thanks *Position # 1* *Position: .Net Developer* *No of Positions: 4* *Duration: 6 Months +* *Location: NYC, NY* *Max rate $42/hr only* *Tasks & Duties* *• *Develop system design specification. *• *Develop and prepare documents for the general design of solutions that meet system and security requirements, including the selection of alternative approaches. *• *Develop specifications for databases, communication systems, hardware, network, security, storage and software configurations. *• *Develop structured diagrams for the specifications of databases, communication systems, computer or storage area networks, security or network programs. *• *Develop, compile, maintain and document configurations of the following: databases, servers, computers, security and network monitor systems, packaged programs, macros, utilities, and * Required Skills* *• *Minimum 4 Years Experience with writing application software, data analysis, data access. *• *Minimum 4 Years Experience with data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation. *• *Minimum 4 Years Experience with technical and user documentation, software conversions. *• *Minimum 4 Years Exposure to environments including but not limited to mainframe, mid-range, personal computers, laptops. *• *Minimum 4 Years Experience leading the design of program specifications and the implementation of software solutions. *• *Minimum 4 Years Experience with .NET Development. *• *Minimum 4 Years Experience with both Front and Backend processing of Web Applications. *• *Minimum 4 Years Experience with Oracle and SQL Server database usage. *Position 2:* *Position: .Net Developer with **MCSD or MCP or MCSE or MCITP certification* *No of Positions: 6* *Duration: 6 Months +* *Location: NYC, NY* Tasks & Duties • Quickly become subject matter exports in the business process that allows for an applicant to apply for IDNYC card and in management of the Moprho Trust’s Gated Issuance Manager, Biometrics Intelligence, and Imager Server in order to ensure applications follow the proper technical workflows. • Support the existing solution for IDNYC Enrollments which utilizes Morpho Trust’s identity solution and the highly customized application components that are integrated with the solution to allow for applicant investigations by the program staff and interfacing with the card’s printer for printing and mailing to eligible applicants. • Design, develop, and deliver enhancements to the IDNYC Enrollment Solution that is fully compatible with Morpho Trust’s identity solution and all custom application components. • Design, develop, and deliver enhancements to the IDNYC Case Management System that is fully compatible with Morpho Trust’s identity solution. • Design, develop, and deliver a new Online Portal for IDNYC card holders and prospective card holders. • Design, develop, and deliver a new Appointment Management System for IDNYC prospective card holders to create and manage appointments and allows for IDNYC program staff to perform administrative responsibilities with the appointments. Required Skills • Minimum 7 Year’s Experience in architecting and designing complex and high performance / scalable web applications. • Minimum 7 Years exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. • Minimum 7 Years overall professional application development experience. Preference will be given to candidates with significant experience in (a) working in a team environment on large applications; (b) team leadership; (c) can demonstrate their knowledge of object-oriented programming methodology. • Minimum 5 Years hands on experience working with .NET Technologies (C#, ASP.NET, WebForms, MVC, WCF, Entity Framework 5.0 or greater). • Minimum 5 Years Experience with AJAX, HTML 5, CSS and JavaScript along with frameworks such as JQuery and/or AngularJS. • Minimum 5 Year’s Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server, creating data definitions, SSIS packages and stored procedures.
