Description: *Main Function* The primary function for this role is to have board SAP HR Configuration and technical knowledge. For current year, this role will part of the US ASDM project team to provide recommendation and implementation of the SAP functionality in the ADP outsource model. The key responsibility of this position is the translation of business requirements into configuration within global SAP R/3-ADP Benefits, Time and Payroll outsource model. The successful candidate must demonstrate board SAP R/3 HR configuration and functional skills, broad knowledge of human resources business processes, a good understanding of ABAP debugging and coding, and excellent teamwork abilities. Must have the following abilities 1) Design and hands on configuration of the US functional PA, OM, Benefits, Time Management and integration to Payroll specifications 2) Coach and mentor other team members on how to config US SAP HR requirement into the system. 3) Work closely with internal HR client to design the US benefits and payroll module to be flexible to enable future acquisitions integration into the system with ease. 4) Management of rapid works/bug fixes, 5) US Configuration works on IT HR projects. 6) Work closely with the global SAP IT HR team (UK & Singapore) to ensure US design is aligned with the global design.
