*Job Description:*
•Candidate will be Responsible for the development work needed to create
Cognos Dashboards in 10.1.
•Effort will include working with team members in the development and
deployment of dashboards including documentation.
•Candidate will develop dashboards based on current standards and best
practice.
•Candidate will be responsible documenting as part of the effort.
Successful candidate will be taking ownership while working with team lead
of Cognos dashboards. Skills Required - Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
or Information Technology with at least 7-8 years of related work
experience.
•Proficient in Cognos 10.1, Dashboard Reporting, Standard Reporting, Report
Optimization, Migration experience, Strong Transact SQL (MS SQL Server).
•Proficient in working with Cognos Transformer Cubes and SQL server cube.
•Proven experience in playing a lead role on Dashboards/Reporting & BI
projects. Excellent problem solving, analytical ability and debugging
skills.
•Effective written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of
Cognos Framework Manager.
