*Job Description:*
*- *Key responsibilities of this role are to enhance and support the
company’s web and mobile based commercial banking applications.
*- *TheLead Product Developer will be an active member of the development
community, promoting best practices and contributing to re-use of
functionality.
*- *In addition, the Lead Developer will help mentor and coordinate
development efforts for an amazing team of people!
*Responsibilities* :
· Design and develop code in accordance with Bottomline’s core
technology and architecture standards; deliver quality results on-time and
within budget, and delight customers
· Collaborate with product owners to understand new product
requirements/enhancements
· Ensure consistency across product designs, processes and practices
· Participate and contribute to code and standards development reviews
· Support QA testing, beta and user-acceptance testing, and production
when needed
· Create and perform product training programs for team members
*Required Skills* :
· Minimum of 10 years of development experience, with at least 2 years
of experience as a technical lead; 5 years in Java and J2EE and web
application development
· Experience with a collaborative SDLC, preferably Agile/SCRUM
methodology
· Version control tools experience, in Perforce and/or GIT
· Experience in JavaScript/JQuery, JSF or other UI technologies
· Solid understanding and experience in developing SQL and stored
procedures for database applications
· Solid experience with IDEs, such as Eclipse
· Experience in developing unit test cases in JUnit or other unit
testing frameworks
*Preferred Skills* :
· Knowledge and experience of online banking or cash management
applications
· Knowledge of client side technologies (i.e. Backbone, Marionette)
