Engineers software solutions based upon client requirements Develops technical documentation detailing the project design parameters. Perform other duties as assigned. Thorough knowledge of the IBM FileNet P8 Enterprise Content Management suite including DataCap, Records Management, Case Manager, Bulk Content Import, Content Analytics and Search, and Content Connectors for SharePoint. Experience implementing at least two FileNet systems for at least hundreds of users and involving millions of documents. Experience sizing system hardware for FileNet products. Experience implementing FileNet into a cloud environment. Experience architecting FileNet document taxonomy for a large customer. Experience with a document capture solution using DataCap. Experience with a document capture solution that ingested more than 3 million pages of paper as images. Experience providing FileNet P8 administration and the optimization of performance using FileNet configuration parameters. Experience troubleshooting technical issues in the FileNet P8 environment. Experience documenting the details of a FileNet implementation to include a complete system installation book. NIH already installed and configured FileNet installation. The tasking is to perform the following tasks as part of an already existing Team. TASKS: Conduct a detailed assessment of the existing FileNet and Datacap system at the NHLBI facility in Bethesda. This assessment will involve multiple trips to NHLBI and the data center where the system resides. Review and analyze existing system documentation and requirements documents for the system. Document the details about number of historical documents, number of ongoing documents that will be received, system sizing, and general file sizes of documents that have already been scanned. Document configuration information and findings that are needed. Identify aspects of the system that can be modified, strengthened, and re-configured. Prepare a written document describing Leidos’ recommendations on the next steps.
