*Position : HRIS Analyst – Success Factors Reporting*

*Location : Southlake, TX*

*Duration : 6+ month contract*

*Rate : $70hr CTC*





*Project Overview*
Implementing successfactor modules – currently have an instance where
performance learning, succession live – fast paced sln – layering employee
central – replacing SAP with success factors employee central – replacing
taleo with successfactors recruiting system

*Reporting role -*
Take current requirements and update them to successfactors – online report
designer – must have HRIS with data mapping and reports – want to reduce
number of reports – would prefer employee central – design around audits
across modules – documenting audits – proving audits and their
repeatability – internal audits

*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
* Under general supervision, partner with Employee Central team to build
report requirements to meet business needs (replacing existing SAP ECC
reports and new reports)
* Design, build and test Employee Central standard reports using Employee
Central Ad Hoc and Advanced Reporting functionality
* Under general supervision, partner with Employee Central team to design
and build employee data audits including reconciling data in multiple
applications and across systems. Document audit process and steps. Conduct
audits and train Employee Central team members on audits
* Under direction of Employee Central manager, provide cutover support
including data conversion, analysis and audit as well as other cutover
activities

*EXPERIENCE:*
* SuccessFactors Online Report Designer - the advanced reporting tool for
HR cubes
* Experience with an HRIS - SAP HCM, SuccessFactors Employee Central,
PeopleSoft or other ERP HRIS solution
* Data structure, analysis and data audit in an HRIS required
* Experience transforming and mapping data between systems

*REQUIRED SKILLS:*
* SuccessFactors Online Report Designer or similar tool experience required
* Strong Microsoft Access and Excel required
* Strong data analysis, data mapping, audit required
* Strong documentation including evidencing audit trail desired
* Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, work in a fast
paced environment
* Strong communications, interpersonal skills
