*Please check the JD and let me know if you have any local candidates available. * *Position: Oracle HRMS R12 Technical Consultant* *Location: St. Louis, MO* *Duration:6+ months* *Interview: phone then Face to Face * *BASIC FUNCTION* This position supports and assists the implementation of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) applications for Emerson in a global, multi-Business Group environment. Setup, maintain and support Oracle HRMS R12 (HR, Payroll, OAB, Self-Service), Taleo LEARN and Oracle Recruit. Configuring the HRMS modules per user requirements. Extending the HRMS application using OAF, ADF, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports and Forms. Modifications of existing code to meet requirements. Integration with disparate systems using PL/SQL, XML and System Extracts. Conversion of data from legacy systems to Oracle HRMS. Configuring Taleo Learn and Oracle Recruit modules to meet requirements. In addition, this position will support the Operations team in resolving production issues as needed. Directs the development, delivery, installation and support of new software releases, patches and enhancements to customers. Provides post-implementation technical product support to customers. *PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES* - Provides Business Analysis in conjunction with IT Project Lifecycle for all improvements, enhancements and any - Participates in various IT projects intended to continually improve/upgrade the infrastructure, such as evaluation of new software and hardware required to meet a business need or to make a process more cost effective - Acts as a technical consultant to the enterprise, helps identify major areas of development, leads research and prototyping of innovative technologies and products - Responsible for determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases, and regular corrective service or service pack releases.
