Administer and install SSL, client and server certs on both web and app servers. Work on Middleware vulnerabilities including PCI and SOX. Knowledge on Chef, Bamboo, Bitbucket preferred. General troubleshooting skills with SOLARIS, AIX, RHEL Good to have knowledge on Firewalls, Networking. Extensively troubleshoot and performance tune the applications. Leverage Riverbed(OPNET) suite of performance monitoring tools with troubleshooting and identifying root cause 24*7 on call support for all the applications adhering to SLAs Understand ITIL Change, problem and issue management Perform root cause analysis and document Work closely with UNIX and Architecture teams for capacity planning. L3 support for FS applications, resolve issues between Customer and Financial institutes Work on several off the shelf software’s. Closely work with WMB, DB, Mainframe and security teams.
