*Position: Backbone JS Developer* *Duration: 6 month contract* *Location: Orlando, FL 32819* *Job Description:* We are recruiting for a contract front-end developer position to work on an exciting customer facing, responsive single page web application. The candidate will work in the Orlando office as part of a global delivery team with colleagues based in the United Kingdom and South Africa. The candidate must have strong front-end experience using Backbone and Marionette. The team follows an agile methodology and uses JIRA and Slack to aid in the delivery of the solution. • HTML5 and "One page" App design • Responsive Design - mobile, tablet and web • JavaScript, standard conventions and design patterns • JQuery • CSS and Compass and SASS • Grunt - development and build support • Backbone JS, Marionette JS • Git and Gitflow *Technical Needs:* • Minimum 5+ years of front-end experience working with JavaScript. Must have JavaScript framework experience o Backbone and Marionette are highly preferred. Other experience with frameworks such as Ember, React and Angular can be substituted • Must have experience working with Git.
