Take part in incident calls and coordinate with cross functional teams to fix critical / high priority issue within agreed Response and Resolution time Participate in 24x7 on-call support for escalations and critical production issues. Perform middleware migrations and application migrations between environments. Maintain documentation regarding environment specific configuration. Work with other application teams to ensure consistency across environments. Participate in infrastructure, database and application upgrades as needed.
