Thanks! *Job Description:* Design, development, implementation and support of Cognos reports including Cognos active reports/dashboards. Gather requirements and design, develop, test and implement Cognos packages and reports/ dashboards. Provide assistance to maintain Cognos system and existing packages/reports. *Responsibilities:* Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement reports and dashboards. Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports/dashboards. Ensure proper configuration management and change controls are implemented Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members. Provide training and assistance to users for generation of adhoc reports Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes *Required Qualifications:* 5+ years’ experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale reports and dashboards. 5+ years’ experience using Framework Manager, experienced with dimensional modeling and data warehouse. Proficiency with Cognos Report Studio. Performance tuning experience related to reporting queries required. Understanding of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures. Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills. Programming / scripting experience and knowledge of software development life cycle. Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities. *Education Required:* BA/BS in Computer Science or related field is preferable.
