*Role: Oracle Business Analyst*

*Location : Santa Clara (Onsite+ Remote)*

*Duration: 6-12 Months*





*OVERVIEW:*

We are looking for an extremely experienced Business Analyst (experience
with gathering requirements from stakeholders and writing
functional/technical specification documentation (BRDs etc.), with strong
project management experience (PMI certification is a plus!), and CRM
experience, CRM implementation/integration experience a plus (vs. just user
experience), Oracle CRM / Oracle Sales Cloud a plus!). Candidate should
have experience successfully leading and project managing global projects
through to completion, working across functional teams and various lines of
business. Strong communication skills (written & verbal communication as
well as listening skills) is essential.

* A reminder that this position is based out of our Santa Clara office,
however working remote some of the time may be possible. Some trips to our
HQ office in Redwood Shore may be needed. This position entails working
with a mostly virtual, global team



*Description:*

Coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects
from initiation to delivery.  Analyzes complex business problems to be
solved with automated systems.  Provides technical expertise in
identifying, evaluating and developing systems, procedures and processes
that are cost effective and meet user needs.   May configure system
settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance
testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business
requirements.   May provide consultation to users in the area of automated
systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or
systems issues.  Coordinates work performed by technical staff and internal
customers/partners by defining project specifications, performing
feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans
and manages all implementation processes, progress tracking, monitoring
change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time
delivery within budget constraints.

*Project Requirement:*

·         Provides leadership and expertise in evaluating complex business
problems, develops  new products/services/processes, and frequently
operates at the leading edge of technology.

·         Recommends and justifies major changes to existing
products/services/processes.

·         BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional
area.

·         Ten or more years of project management, product design, process
improvement or related experience needed.



*Skill Set:*

·         Highly motivated team player with excellent relationship and
project management skills.

·         Well organized with strong analytic skills.

·         CRM experience

·         Effective written and verbal communication skills; must be able
to facilitate discussions with key stakeholders, understand business
process needs/gaps and to document requirements through BRD's.

·         Process re-engineering and systems implementation experience
required.

·         Must be flexible, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment and operate with limited direction
