*Job Description: *

   - Should have experience in handling end to end US recruitment, contract
   staffing, contract to hire Positions with a proven track record.
   - Excellent experience working on Job portals Social networking sites,
   head hunting etc to get the right profiles matching the requirements at the
   shortest possible time.
   - Identify qualified technical people for our clients in USA
   - .Should be familiar with all visas and Tax terms (W2 Hourly, 1099,
   Corp to Corp).
   - Should have experience working with direct clients.
   - Understanding the Job Requirement, quickly source and select the best
   Consultant, Negotiate rates, get the feedback, schedule interviews etc.
   - Follow up with candidate till the date of joining.
   - Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with
   subcontracting companies and close the position.
   - Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment.
   - Assist Account Manager(s)/Team Lead with urgent technical requirements

*Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter Location : Pune  Duration :
Fulltime *

*Responsibilities*

   - Required to market company bench consultants for US Staffing Business.
   - Required to establish the Vendor contacts on regular basis should know
   various techniques in identifying the potential requirements on portals,
   networking sites that would suite the bench consultants.
   - Required to interact with the clients and submit the profiles
   - Effectively negotiate the bill rates and pay rates for each position
   - Excellent Communication (WRITTEN AND VERBAL) and willing to work NIGHT
   SHIFT.


*Required Skills*

   - 1 - 4 years proven recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
   - Experienced with full cycle of Sales, gathering requirements,
   submitting the consultants, confirming the best rates for consultants &
   following up for interview schedules.
   - Should have experience in entire U.S. Sales and Recruitment Life Cycle
   and have ability to market more than 5 to 8 candidates at a time.
   - Experience working with OPT, CPT and H1b candidates.
   - Ability to interact, develop Prime Vendor network and get our
   resources placed in quick time.
   - Gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors of clients,
   Job portals and other networking techniques.
   - Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up
   regarding the rates & client interviews.
   - Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements,
   generate daily reports and update them.
   - Excellent negotiation skills, prior outbound sales experience is
   preferred
   - Excellent knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes of Monster,
   Career Builder, Dice, etc.
   - Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-
   paced, changing work environment.
