The Client currently has a primarily manual travel expense process. They have a goal of completely automating their book, travel and expense payment process. They will be utilizing and making strategic enhancements to the current implementation of PeopleSoft Finance 9.2 (FSCM) travel and expense functionality. The project will re-implement many elements of the PeopleSoft Expense module (EX) as well as roll out new functionality as it relates to Mobile Expense and Approvals. As part of this project they will be reviewing their current Travel policy, issuing a new Bank Card specific for Travel and select new travel partners. The new travel card will integrate into the PeopleSoft Expense (My Wallet) functionality. *Objectives* 1. Cost savings, process improvements, and efficiency 2. Effective use of new technology 3.
