This includes design, migration, and support for email components such as public folders, PSTs, SMTP Relay and other necessary mail aspects. This role requires knowledge of Office 365-d provisioning processes as well. Majority of the time will be spent discovering and analyzing mail related data currently residing in an on-prem environment and migrating it to O365-d cloud. Responsibilities include project delivery as well as steady state work *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Research, design, migrate all components of Microsoft email service. Research, design, migrate PST data into the user's mailbox. Research, design, migrate public folder data. Provide 3rd level support for all Email related issues. Responds to the needs and questions of users concerning their mail resources. Develops and adheres to company standards. Provide assistance to other support groups as necessary Performs other duties as assigned. *QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. 8 to 10 years of experience in the field as a Systems Engineer. Microsoft Exchange server knowledge is a must O365 certification is a PLUS *SPECIALIZED SKILLS: * Ability to diagnose and solve problems.
