A doer but a lead for the team as well, that can execute without hesitation. Solid technical SQL DBA skills with leadership and project management capabilities. *SKILLS: *Primary environment is SQL and all different flavors from SQL 2000 to 2014, some DB2 and some Hadoop. Previous candidates were just not strong enough on the technical side within SQL, or they did not demonstrate that they were with the way they answered the questions. *Main areas of focus for him: *Proficient with TSQL DR within SQL and Oracle High Availability Performance Tuning Testing Clustering RDM Server (Stands for Raima which is a database management system) and Security(more so for the Sr role) They do not work directly with the customer but work tickets through the ticketing system (ServiceNow) and with the Adhoc teams.
